Your session will be customized specifically for you and your body’s needs. All you need to determine is how long you want your session to be. Your session will begin with a discussion about your concerns, needs and goals for your body. Together we will tailor a treatment session that mets your needs within the scope of my practice and experience. You session may include Swedish massage, Myofascial/Deep Tissue massage, or Postnatal massage.
